Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. This excludes weekends and public holidays. During sale periods or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you in the loop via email.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum spend, no conditions. Just shop and we'll handle the rest.
- Delivery time: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Shipping charges: FREE on all domestic orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available across India
COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

- All international orders are shipped via tracked courier services
Please note: customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges levied by your country are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package directly on the courier's website. For any tracking concerns, write to us at info@thefrenchdot.com and we'll help you out.
Shipping Delays
While we always aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, high-demand periods, or courier issues beyond our control. The French Dot is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched.
