Exchange-Only Policy
We currently offer exchanges only. We do not provide cash refunds or store credits, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Exchange request raised within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags are intact and attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Item was not purchased during a sale or promotional event
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at info@thefrenchdot.com with your order number and reason for the exchange
- Attach clear photos of the item (all sides)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send the item back to us
- Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- Manufacturing defect or wrong item sent by us: The French Dot covers all shipping costs, both ways
- Change of mind, size, or style: Customer bears the cost of sending the item back; we cover re-dispatch to you
Sale Items — Final Sale
All items purchased during a sale, promotional event, or with a discount code are strictly final sale. These items are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances, no exceptions.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thefrenchdot.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll resolve it for you right away — no hassle, no questions asked.
